Great staff, great fields, great all around servic
Cons:
None for this field
I played my very first paintball game ever at this field and i remember. I played home on the field stonehenge. My favorite field out of them all. The fields are big. The tournament fields are a good size with enough bunkers to keep the general crowd happy. The playing fields overall are Amazing. The staging area is a nice large area under the roof of the building outside. There are many tables so there is always a place for your gear. The inside includes a very nice pro shop area and a place for you gun to be fixed if neccessary. The staff couldn't be nicer they answer your questions, help with your gun, and even give you tips to improve your playing. The staff is truly the best. I recently played there every weekend over the summer and that is pricy, but with the membership the DFWAP has to offer it really isnt too bad. For a case of premium gold and entry it totals around 55$ a weekend. Or you could get stinger and entry for about 45$ a weekend. By far the best prices in the dfw metro plex for paintball. The best part of dfwap is that they have a spot for everyone. They have advanced groups and beginner groups. If its the 10 year olds first time playing they will put him in a begginer group so he isnt exposed to all the tournament players and can have a enjoyable first time playing the awesome sport. Dfwap is by far the best field in the metro plex and i highly recomend people to play at the field. Dfwap ROCKS!!!!!

DFW AP is the premier field in the DFW area, hands down largest crowd every weekend. This place is a rec ballers dream where you could show up by yourself with or without gear and have full games all day against similarly skilled players. However for the tournament guys on the PSP field, it can get overcrowded at times especially with PSP Dallas coming up everyone and their dog is there practicing and with only one field it gets pretty tough to get playing time or run your team drills for long. Everyone is nice and shares but any given weekend 30-50-even 75 people for one PSP field is tough. The field isn't the best like turf or perfect northern grassy fields but it isn't all dirt and rocks either, there is mostly grass mostly totalyl flat and even and unless it rains and is muddy is pretty playable. Staff is normally great, it gets ahrd to manage that many people but when they have time they are always helpful. This field has the buzz for sure in DFW and with a little more help, expansion, and improvements they could do some serious bidding for a PSP event in 2014.

Airball is a full PSP field, with a pretty decent setup.
You can get a membership card to get discounted entry, discounted paint, and no more waivers (more time on the field!).
The crowd playing here is pretty mixed between airball, milsim, woodsball, and beginners. One way or another, it's all fun! Definitely recommend DFWAP!

Cons:
absolutely NONE
Dfwap is the best paintball park in my opinion. The staff is very kind and is very fair when it comes to playing. The fields are super fun. I also love how they have a trailer car that brings you from field to field. Unlike other fields where you have to walk very far to get to.........Anyways, this field is amazing and I would recommend it anybody who likes to have fun.

Literally the best paintball aprk in Texas. No, I'm not exaggerating. The park has over 14 fields or combinations of fields (from hyperball to speedball to woodsball to the occasional scenario game) that any walk-ons or private group player will play on. The refs there are very skilled and very fair and the park staff as a whole is extremely friendly, inviting and helpful. Upon entry in the main building, or rather, "HQ 1", you are immediately greeted by a manager and directed to whatever you need - want to play paintball? Just fill out this waiver. Need some CO2 fills? You can pay for it now and walk out or the fills come free if you play the day on the awesome fields. Need some information on park services and activities? Here's a brochure and the email address. Here for zip-lining, motocross riding, paintball scenario, ATV club, challenge course, laser tag, or any of the other awesome things the park has to offer? It's there. Prices are extremely competitive and they offer a member program for frequent players that just beats out every other deal on paintball play and paint you could come across at a rec park. One four hour session and you play through many different creative game-types the refs come up with from regular elimination games to simple medic plays to more complicated tactical games, especially on the technical fields like Mustang Village - a two-story outdoor concept field with unlimited possibilities. Pump-player to speedballer to first-time shooter, you're really REALLY going to love this place.

I am originally from NYC and I played at High Velocity out in Long Island to Skirmish out in Pennsylvania. This is the second field I played in since I moved down here to TX and let me tell you I had fun. If you ever been to skirmish you know you walk half the time and play the other half. The Trailer taking you to the fields is great.
I went in as a walk-on and played about 5 fields two times each. The price is also great where I am also thinking of joining their membership program and make this my field of choice.
The ref were great, the only problem I had was no rule was defined on the first game regarding a 20 foot rule, my nephew got shot at 5 times at a distance of 10 feet and my nephew was not even looking in his direction. I guess it more a con on the player themselves but should be enforced by the ref since he saw it happen. I would not like that to happen to my son when he is on the field since he is only 10 i want him to enjoy the sport not worry he is going to get welts all over him. But I go with my son to the fields so i look out for my own.
