Pros: Friendly & helpful staff, great refs, big courses
Cons: Rough driveway, limited paint choices
Let me start off by saying that my experience here was excellent. These people know and love paintball. My recently acquired DM13 had a small, almost undetectable, air leak from the HPR end cap. I worked with a staff member to get it diagnosed and fixed within minutes. (Side note: bring spare parts to the field as it can save a day's worth of playing.) The rest of the day was perfect.

The fields are maintained and have a great woods ball layout. Felt like I was 13 again out in the Maryland Paintball fields in Chase (MD). They have a large assembly area and a small chrono/target range. The refs are fair, properly trained, and make safety a FIRST PRIORITY. This is quite refreshing and most welcomed. They also do a great job of getting walk-ons together and assembling (fair) teams.

On site they have most everything you'll need for a day's play. Decent rental set ups (even have pod packs), CO2 and HPA, plenty of paint (limited choices though), two spot-a-pots, and basic snacks. They even have a menu for a local pizza joint that will deliver right to the field.

Even though I've only been once I would have no trouble recommending this field for a party, groups, walk-on play, first timers, woods ball enthusiasts, experienced players, or to anyone interested in having a great paintball outing.

Bottom line: good value, great staff, and you should give it a go if you have any interest at all in paintball!

Pros: Safety first
Cons: Poor rental equipment, and field is too large
I've only been to this field twice for two different events: Operation Hastings 2013 and Battle for Bastogne 2044.

Pros:
Safety is first and foremost with the refs which is great!
Free all day air/CO2 included in field fees.

Cons:
When they play scenarios they group all of the fields there into one big one...which makes it too big. If you get hit it'll take you 5 minutes to make it back to the respawn and then 5 minutes to make it back to where you were only to find that all of the action is somewhere else out of sight. Basically you see a lot of random players wandering around trying to locate where the action currently is.
I have never used rental equipment ever...so this may be the case everywhere...but I took my brother to Bastogne 2044 and he doesn't own any equipment so I got him the rental package. His "fog proof" mask was fogging so badly and so frequently that I had to keep escorting him off of the field because he was completely blind.

Solid group of staff! Great woods ball and hyper ball. Easy going and helpful group of regulars and top flight refs. and staff. No air ball is not a con in my book but may be for some. The staff goes out of their way to be helpfull and listen to the patrons requests (from the owner down to the newest staff). They do have snack food and drinks on normal days and food trucks etc for events.

HPA and Co2 are available at field and the pro shop is about 10 min away.

This field is great for anyone in the Anne Arundel County/Baltimore City area because of location. The staff is very friendly, and so are the regular players.
They have about seven different fields.

The only problem I have about the park is they are not allowed to cut down the trees so they have no room for an airball field. They do have a hyperball field made out of pallets with a snake made out of tubing but there is still visual obstruction from trees so its not the same.

All around awesome field, if you are a tourney player only you may want to avoid this one.

Pros: Pricing, Safety, Fields
Cons: Middle of Nowhere
While I have only played here once so far, playing again tomorrow, this field will be my "go to" for the foreseeable future. Fantastic value based off competition in the area (in the state really), a good selection of fields to play on, and concern for personal safety is #1.

The only bad thing? It's out in the middle of nowhere. Quite literally banjo music and a canoe would make this place right out of Deliverance. Seriously though, if that's the only thing I can find to complain about, that's alright with me.

Pros: Nice setup, great staff, good value
Cons: Far away from me
My cousins and I traveled about 2 hours to get here. It wasn't that bad, but we got stuck in Maryland traffic. Once we got to the field, the staging area is right next to office and chrono as well as the parking area. All the fields were a short walk away and were set up pretty well. The fields were not all the same thing where its just a big blown up speedball field. They had three different choices for paint (heat, marbs, and formula) and were all decently priced.

The refs gave some nice rundowns of the fields for players like myself who had never played there before.

I would definitely recommend playing at this field at least once if you are anywhere near this place.
