First Strike is a family-owned business, and it shows. Staff pays very close attention to the customers, and are very attuned to making sure all players, especially new ones, are having plenty of fun.
Pricing is very reasonable, and they will run private groups with as few as 6 people.
The property is not incredibly large, so there is one speedball field good for 5-man play, plus a few wooded fields that can be played in various configurations. There is a netted staging area right next to the wooded fields, so that saves a lot of walking to and from the main building.
Facilities are generally described as rustic. There is a base building, but no flushing toilets. Minimal snacks are available, otherwise bring your own food. Loopy's is just down the road for your post-paintballing food and storytelling needs.
