the last time i had been to the Camp Pendleton field was when it was at its older location by the front gate.
so we went here 2 weeks ago and the new park versus the old is a huge upgrade, it is so much nicer then the old field and has a lot more amenities.
it's a bit farther then SC Village from me but the Employees at CP really have their **** together. Everything was organized a lot better and it was nice to see a little food truck on site.

It has a variety of fields.

I've played both speedball and recball at CP. Their recball fields are nice and large and offer a variety of scenarios.
Their speedball fields are sometimes undermanned and some bunkers are in poor condition. However, on sundays, especially in the afternoon, you can get a decent amount of games because most people have gone home.
No running water is probably my biggest gripe about this excellent park.

one of the best turf airball setups. always using real psp setups. good competition. pros always practicing there. jus wish they would have at least jus one reff on the field to keep things moving and keep bunkers filled. kinda annoying to pay 25 dollars to reff ur own games and have to crank up the blower every couple games to fill the bunkers up. but bottom line im coming back cause its the best airball in socal.

I played here this past weekend for the first time. I went with a private group - our ref was friendly, easy going, and super active- and on top of that, I went using a online coupon, so entrance was only 5$! You can't beat that for value.
The fields are Huge, clean, and are of great variety.
I would definitely go again, even with the hour and a half drive. It's a nicer place to play that SC village and hollywood sports for sure!
