Iv never seen that there they cut you deals at Sunol if you have cash on everything u don't pay for tank o rings though lol been going here for a long time been getting better and better all the time their currently expanding too and they always help everyone when guns go down. It is rocky but it's cool Rec ball nd they don't segregate nice big games on saturdays it's not the best but it's perfect for some weekend ball.

one look at the field and you can see that this is just to get every penny possible, they havent updated it since i played there my first time years ago. it sits next to a horse ranch so your drive in is on a rough dirt road, which is usual for paintball but this road is pretty bad. they have one portopotty. paint prices are fair but alittle higher than most places. only fill to 3k
dont wanna just rant so let me try some positives. saturdays are busier than sundays there. the refs will usually jump in if theres not too many people there. this place is close to the east bay area. from union city its about 15 mins away into niles canyon area. this is a good place to run a couple drills, and just slow it down and get back to basics. they usually run a couple scenario games throughout thee day, usually medic depending on the crowd.

This was my first place playing paintball ever. It's my "ashamed of home" home field. Actually, I wouldn't even call it my home field, since I no longer play here.
While I did have good times here, looking back, the field was pretty bad. As another reviewer said, it is down to just grab every penny. $1 for a tank o-ring. Let me bold that for you. $1 for a tank o-ring Lazy techs, refs who don't really ref. Absolute **** masks, and the guns were mediocre, at best.
This may seem like a good place to go based on prices, but it really isn't. They couldn't even keep their own shop running, so how the field is still around is beyond me. Maybe because the EPA would go ape-**** over the foot-thick paint cake on the ground and bunkers...

Sunol PaintballThis is one of my favorite fields. This field is very friendly toward new players and young kids. There are not many very experienced people who come her due to the lack of an airball field atm. BUT...
This is one of my favorite fields. This field is very friendly toward new players and young kids. There are not many very experienced people who come her due to the lack of an airball field atm. BUT on any given day you will find a few player who are really good and know there stuff playing with the young kids, giving them pointers, letting them use/try their guns and fixing kids broken guns. This field helps the sport of paintball a bunch and is very family friendly.
The prices are great. Its smaller so you will receive a much more personal touch. And if you are a very good player im sure you will have a challange at some good ol rec ball with some of the regulars!
