Galveston Island Paintball will officially open its doors in May Located just off Stewart Road in Galveston, TX, it is a great location serving people in the greater Galveston/South Houston area.
The most relaxed and fun field I have been too. Owners and staff go out of their way to make you have a fun time.

A great environment of not just the staff but of the regular players as well. when the nite field is up it will be awesome to play there on friday nite, I cant wait. At this point the field is more aimed at speedball, however there is a variety of skill level there so you get a challenge, but if your new to speedball you wont get destroyed or rocked all day long. If you want organized play with positive attitudes I recommend giving this field a try.

Galveston Island Paintballall though he only has one field, he keeps is super maintained. the grass is nicer than turf, bunkers are allways clean, he has 2 pits behind each dead box, air at both pits. just a great overall...

Galveston Island PaintballIm Galveston native, glad to finally see a field down here. Its great, the airball field is awesome and they are getting a psp 7 man field soon. They provide a building and patio to chill to get away...
Im Galveston native, glad to finally see a field down here. Its great, the airball field is awesome and they are getting a psp 7 man field soon. They provide a building and patio to chill to get away from the heat. The most fun has to be playing the airball field at night, its absolutely crazy! So come on down and check it out.

I've been all over the Houston area competing for more than 5 years now. I live on the Island and before G.I.P opened I had to travel no less than an hour to get to another field for practice(Paintball Zone being the shortest distance away). This one just being opened and still expanding, I'd pick it over any field ANY day. If it wasn't already minutes away, I'd drive an hour to play here at Galveston Island Paintball. Very friendly staff, great prices, nice fields. Reffs call a fair game and don't even mind giving tips and advice to make someone a better player. I'd love to see this field expand. I'd love to see more players be recruited to this field.

The owner(STACY) is one of the best people you can meet, he will help you with any questions that you might have. The field he has is a regulation PSP field. He also has indoor pluming!! Also the field is super cheap, on especially on fridays nights, $5 gets you entrance and air.
The grass is amazing, if i had to compare it to something, it would be the quality of PSP Pheonix and the sliding/softness of Fantasy Of Flight
Stacy is a super cool dude. Alwyas clean, cheap. Could get better paint for when you dont BYOP. but its aight.
Theres a reason a National event is held here!!!
