Awning to keep out of sun. Tables to set equipment
Cons:
Expensive paint. Field in bad shape.
I played here a couple of times in the past. Everything is laid out quite nice. Not everyone is so friendly. Paint is expensive but cheap quality. They do have an awning and tables to keep your equipment out of the sun and protected. Owner is a grouch . Glass on car field is dangerous. Patchy fields.

I have been playing at NPI for over a year now, typically out there every weekend, and it will definitely stay my field of choice.
The owners have always been very nice and helpful, and take extra steps to help new players get into the sport. They now have a brand new PSP field where multiple teams come out to scrimmage the home team "High-5," so there is always a good number of xball players at NPI. It is a rare day when they are not busy at the field, almost always regardless of the weather.
The quality in refs has gone up exponentially since the members of "High-5" became the predominate refs at the field. They are always more than willing to take extra time to help any new players with tips on how to improve and they always keep a steady stream of games running. All the "bad" refs have been quickly cycled out by the owners.
The only down side to NPI is the limited field space. While they have 4 fields (two standard fields, a car field and a new PSP field), one would always like a scenario field or a larger field. The PSP and car field are their largest by far, and the other two, while enjoyable to play on, seem small when games of 20 or so start up.

I LOVE Nashville Paintball Inc. - it's the best field in operation in Middle Tennessee at this moment. None of the others can touch it. Mark and Shawna Bobo are always great to the customers and go the extra mile, especially with regular players. If Xball or tournament style is your thing, then this is the place to be. There are nearly always at least a dozen (usually more like two dozen) tournament players out - and with teams like OG Syndicate, Smokin' Aces, Trueballers, and High Five frequenting the field - I think its safe to say the next great team from Middle Tennessee is going to come out of this field and really help put them on the map. If you like rec ball, or its your first time, its a great place too. The experienced players don't have an attitude and are willing to help the new folks. There are always a large number of walk-ons playing, so its a great place to start.
The only remotely slight downside is the price. They are a little pricey, but considering a day at Insane or a similar field of similar caliber, with nice bunkers, a clean pit area, and SHADE is going to run you $100, they are still a bargain.
Overall they get 5 stars - and I have no intentions of playing anywhere else!

Been to Nashville Paintball a few times and it's a rather fun place to play paintball, I just know their customer service used to be not so up to par. I haven't been in a while, but the last time I went they had a relatively new Xball field that looks and functions very nicely (no deflating bunkers) and also a couple of rec fields. I'd recommend this field to anyone.

Played at this field for years now. I love the people there. Mark and Shawna always take care of everyone. Facility is generally kept pretty clean. Airball field is always kept up to date and changed often.(most recent Layout is Galveston) wish they would have more Airball fields put up as lately there have been masses of tournament players coming out so its an every couple game kinda thing instead of back to back games.
Ref's do their best considering a lot of them are newer players.
would definitely recommend this field to anyone of any style play.
1 airball field
2 basic hyperball fields
and a car field.
grass is always cut on airball for tournament players which is definately a plus.
Heat paint shoots terrible so if you play here i would recommend not shooting it and spending a little more on one of the other brands carried.

Paintball is one of those sports that is quick to get expensive if you don't make several investments up front. Renting equipment does add up very quickly, so if you are planning on playing at least once a month, then you might as well buy a good entry-level marker, mask, and compressed air tank. CO2 is cheaper, but compressed air is much easier on your marker and is also more consistent is altering weather conditions. It will will also make it easier to upgrade to a high performance marker later on. If not, they sell for much more on trading sites and eBay.
That being said, NPI is a great place to learn about paintball, or even get competitively involved in the sport as well. I have personally spent years at this field; reffing games, opening fields, inflating bunkers, repairing markers, and practicing for tournaments. I can say that this field gave me a great experience for getting me into paintball, and I will always remember the friends I made and the battles I've won....and that I got shot in the face by a girl once.....
This is an awesome field, and the owners are great people too. Thanks Shawna and Mark for everything.
