Paintball of Charleston is really great, fun field to play at. I would recommend it to absolutely anyone. The only thing that could ruin someone's day is some of the regulars there... But what place, even non-paintball, does that NOT happen at? PBC is gold.

there is only one bad thing about this feild. been playing here for 3 years and never had a bad day. the only bad part is the wait for the refs to decide where to play and what kind of game, but it is always a fun game. the shop is one of the best, great service, and there is always a great tech.

I have played there before with friends who have never played before. It was fun for them, but the lack of a speedball field leaves me wanting more. Other then that the fields are fun to play with a pump and play slow with the rookies.

I have been here a few times and I can say its great! The staff is mostly teenagers and they all seem to be personal friends of each other rather than work friends, so they converse and joke amongst each other rather than helping customers or starting a game at some times , not enough to turn me off of the field though. The adults they do have working there seem to care very much about the quality of the experience and customer service, so they may be the owners. The wait time between games can get up there, especially if there are private parties at the fields.
I do have to say though, when you are actually playing, it is a BLAST! The castle field is one of my favorite cqb fields to play, and their woodsball field is awesome. I wish I got to play in the trenches, but maybe next time. I will definitely be back, it is the only field I will be a regular at

Played here once to take a break from team practices with some teammates. The staff was nice and tried to keep the 3 of us together as much as possible and we had some fun rec games, which is what we had expected for the day. If your a players looking for speedball/airball the field was overgrown and bunkers laid there deflated (been that way for a long time to my understanding). They do have a variety of fun field to play on from woods to a mock village, castle, and trenches etc. etc.
The proshop looked good and they were helpful. I was playing pump just for giggles and needed a return spring for my handle. I asked if they had one and they found a spring that fit and just let me have it at no charge.
I would recommend Paintball Charleston to anyone looking for some fun rec games, but to all those serious tournament players you'll probably be disappointed.

Great field, My absolute favorite field, I couldn't be happier with the staff at Paintball Charleston, safety is their number 1 priority The store has a huge selection of guns/parts/equipment and an extremely knowledgable, if not expert staff to diagnose/fix your worst marker problems.
