When I first started playing, I purchased a few impulses and an E cocker off of craigslist and was told to go to BBT. They broke an impulse and couldnt fix the other markers, BUT they still charged me.

This isn't anything against this specific BBT, as my only experiences were with the one that was/is (I don't know if it's still there) in Vernon Hills. The employees were very inattentive and could not care less if you needed help. The prices were INSANELY high and the quality of products were not worth it. The employees would generally only pay attention to you if you were a regular or one of their friends there just to hang out. It was a very unprofessional store and I would not go back to it ever again.
