Driving up dragonman drive you can already see your in for a treat. Signs like "If your here after dark, you will be shot" and "SECURITY SYSTEMS ACTIVE" and my personal fav, a dummy shot, burned (and missing some parts) next to a sign that reads "wrote a bad check" He has a motorcycle that looks like a dragon (even breaths fire) a Military History Museum, a dirtbike track, a shooting range, and I can buy sub machine guns... and (no joke) videos of girls in wet Tshirts shooting sub machine guns! and... HE HAS A TANK! Dragonman is AWESOME! Now that being said, and dismissing the fact that he can take me out at 600 yards in high wind, this review is related to paintball ONLY. I will admit its hard to write a un-bias review. Its like rating an amusment park on one ride, but here goes. his family helps in the shop (cleaning markers (tippman), taking field fees $24* ect.) To be honest, I dont know how knowledgeable the staff is on paintball guns, if your guns not working they could probably lone you some allen wrenches? They have a crono by the field, but no ref there to make you use it They do tell you to use the surrender rule or risk getting kicked off the field when you sign your waiver. "With no referee's to tell you how to play, you organize your own games and play the way you want" Thats sweet if your playing with a bunch of friends... not so sweet if Team WIPE AND BUNKER are shooting at 400fps. That being said, I havent really had a bad experience playing out there. They have a shaded rec area, you can bring your own paint, and you get the coolness factor of playing paintball while shotguns and rifle shots are ringing out over the horizon. I love the smell of paintballs in da morning... smells like victory... and Dynasty banana. The fields are not well kept, but it kinda adds to the effect. Theres shot up cars, railroad tie walls, wire spools, overgrown weeds and bushes (cant laugh at the guy with the sniper scope and ghillie suit anymore) There are no PSP, or NPPL regulation fields, No speedball fields, and it gets kinda messy if it rains but, well it rained, duh. Its kinda a drive, and a little more expensive than the field in town, but Dragonman's is like an Adrenaline amusment park. Bring your paintball gun, your dirt bike and CASH (no cards)... and prolly no cell phone service either.

It’s a cool spot to play. They have 5 fields set up and as long as you know what you are doing they leave you alone. Their field paint is not too bad and it’s the only spot on the springs that is open on a weekday. If you play with honest players having no refs works out great. Price is average and they do HPA and Co2 now. Defiantly worth checking out. (sorry they are not open mondays)

Expensive air/no All-day air, field paint is crap.
This has to be one of my favorite paintball parks. The fields are set up with a central aisle to aid in waiting player's movement without interfereing with other games. All of their fields are covered in sand and dirt, with concrete and wooden bunkers, ditches, and large spools for cover. The crowd there is truly amazing, ranging from hardcore speedball players to brand-newbies in t-shirts. The fields are big enough for a large game with 50+ people, yet small enough to let small games run quickly and smoothly. There is no pro shop, and marker service is nonexistant. However, the people there are very helpful and do carry parts for Tippmanns. The owner, Mel, is a pretty cool guy, and would be happy to sell you batteries for your loader or lend you a strip of duct tape to fix your marker. The field fills to only 3000psi, so you get less shots off of your tank, and the field paint is not very good.
So, for any skill level, playing locale, or setup, Dragonman has a place for you. I would recommend this field to anyone, and at dirt-cheap prices, any newbie can rent a battered 98 Custom and a V-Force mask and compete with the hardcore scenario or speedball player. Come try it!

Been here a few times. Hates every time I went, fields are way too close (safety concern) but are broken off. The lack of refs means your on your own and must rely on other groups to participate in dividing teams evenly. Fields aren't maintained well and you have to watch where you run/hide.
