I ran this field so time ago and from the time it opened in Feb of 03, I enjoyed it all. Depending on weather, time of year and day of the week it can be dead or you could have more people than you know what to do with. Bring a cooler of drinks and snacks, plenty of paint and air and you are set for a weekend of fun.

While this field may not be as top notch as others for the low funding that we have its a nice field and a great group of guys. All the guys who have been playing for a while are always out there trying to help out the newbies and teach them a thing or 2. If we arent doing that we are doing what we can to better the field. Whether it be clearing brush or replacing bunkers. We do what we can with the given funds. We have 1 hyper ball field and 2 woods ball fields. 1 is set up for CTF (Capture the Flag) or Elimination and the other is a Castle field.
We have the BEST host out there though Brian Hes always extremely helpful, kind and a genuinely fun guy to play against or just talk too. I definitely recommend coming out some time and meeting and playing with us!
No field fee. $5 HPA all day up to 3k and paint is DXS Basic at $35 a case.

I've been to the Tyndall field a handful of times and honestly it's a great place to either be introduced to the sport or, pick it back up. The speedball field needs some help since its only wooden bunkers, but it makes up for that with the other two fields. Great CtF/DM and customer support is amazing. Brian is a huge help and he is always friendly! The players range from beginners to some that have played for 10years.

Tyndall paintball field has a speedball field and two woodsball/recball fields. You will need to be a military member or get sponsored by one to get on base to the field. They have tippman 98 markers, masks, hoppers, field paint, and air/C02 available. You are allowed to bring your own gear, paint, air etc. as well.
The speedball field is made up of wooden bunkers (plywood, wooden spools etc.) and tries to mimic a traditional speedball field that uses air bunkers. While advanced players may not get much enjoyment out of this field, it is still pretty fun to mess around on.
The woodsball/recball fields are setup differently from each other. One of them has a large two story castle/fort in the woods and the objective is for one team to defend the castle while the other team tries to assault it. The game is over when one of the teams is eliminated or the attacking team breaches the castle.
The second woodsball/recball field is a capture the flag style game. Teams start on opposite sides of a large wooded area in a base. The flag is in the center of the field and the objective is to capture the flag. There are wooded paths, wooden bunkers etc. on this field.
Tyndall paintball field is a good time!
