	Pros:	Good Hyperball Fields
	Cons:	Cost is through the roof
	Nice facilities but the cost is very high. The indoor bathrooms and food is also a nice touch. The woods field used to be very nice but is now very very small.

	Pros:	Hyperball Field
	Cons:	PRICE! No airball.
	It's basically only good for private parties with $$$ and woodsball. The glory days as it being a good stop in local series (SIPPL) are long gone.

	Cons:	no airball, extremely expensive, close to early
