Not much negative about PCP. Bob is very knowledgeable about the sport and as a tech. If your gun goes down playing he can usually have you back up and running within the hour. They offer fair prices on their products and encourage a family friendly place to play. This is the only place I am not worried for my kids to come along and watch.

If you are a recball or casual player this is the place to be, their recball field has a neat setup and is fun to play in.
The past 3-4 times I have been there, the Airball field has not been up . This is very unfortunate because this is the only place to play ball in Knoxville, and I don't enjoy the Recball aspect of the sport anymore. I feel if the Airball field was consistently up there would be more 'Speedballers' out there to play with as well, virtually no Speedball players make it out there because there is nothing/no one to play with out there!
Overall the field is great for weekenders/casual players. There is definitely a group of Speedballers waiting for an Airball field in town, and this field would get 5 Stars accross if it was consistently up! (They have the Field ready, just no bunkers!)

Players Club is my field of choice because it's a fun family environment. The fields are perfect for first time players, birthday parties, guy time, or even just a place to hang out. It's safe, and the refs do not take safety lightly. You need to make sure you listen to the rules, because they mean business!
The pro shop is packed from wall to wall with gear. The owner Bob Miller "Gun TECH" is probably the best tech in the State.
Good People, Family Owned, and if you follow the rules you will enjoy your visit.
Also Sunday is more for the guys that enjoy playing speedball. Saturdays is more suited for the rentals and pump players. But still a blast no matter what day you pick to play.
Customer Service - 5 stars = They get 5 stars because the service there is second to none. I have never been to a field where the tech can possibly fix my gun on site and have the parts there to do it.
Quality of Fields - 4 stars = 4 Stars because the speedball field is not a 5 star field because of the lack of size and space. Still it's great, and is the best field in the knoxville area. Just make sure the speedball field is up by calling ahead because it's not always up. The rec field however is awesome for it's size. It has a little of everything, and for just going out and playing a game of paintball this little field rocks.
Fun/Experience - 5 stars = This place would be fun for anyone as long as the listen to the refs. Just don't mess with your mask, and make sure you don't take off the barrell condom while in the pits. If you do then prepare for death because safety is a huge deal around there. Lots of kids running around, and no person needs an eye to get shot out.
Value - 5 stars = The prices in the pro shop are as cheap as ansgear, amazon, or any other online store so why no purchase from the local guy. Also you can play all day for 15 or 20 dollars plus the paint i think. It was cheap, and I don't think it gets any better than that.
