A very old and still very successful running field. Expensive but that is reflected by the customer service, their one of a kind fields, and rental equipment always well maintained. If low on cash and still want to have the Orlando Paintball experience your best bet is to show up on a Tuesday for the bring your own paint day. Don't bring monster balls or pink filled paintballs!
Now they have laser tag. This is for families that want to have fun and not come back with war wounds. Over all a fun experience with a large group of friends or just come with co-workers and get to shoot your boss.

Cons: No 4.5k air.
5 or so fields. Speedball field but it's not official size but it works. Many rental players here. Usually can only find under 10 people on average with their own equip. I don't know why it's bashed so much. With the member deals they have you can play regularly for cheap.

Staff is decent. They need to upgrade speedball field a little and they could have more regulars coming to play it. It really works just fine though.

Biggest downfall is they make you chrono at 260ish for the renters. If you had your own party and just sat on speedball field they wouldn't care what you chrono at.

Besides that...it could have a lot of potential if more regulars came to play speedball. The membership deals can really save you a lot if you play a lot.

Pros: Variety of Fields
Cons: Geared towards Recreational play
Went first with my wife and her brother. Registration and setup was standard for most fields I've played at. They broke teams up my groups and walk ins. The reffing is sub-par at best due to the lack of motivation from the personnel. i understand their lack of motivation, I've done the same job before and after awhile just becomes boring to do the same thing over and over again. I did like the variety of field setups but walking across the street after every other match gets tedious. On busier days I would have figured out a way to eliminate the need to do that. My main issues with the place is the lack luster finish of the whole complex. A few modifications here and there can turn the whole place into a different atmosphere that will give Orlando area players options to play at. Competitive and Rec players alike. Overall, I'd still play there if I didn't feel like driving to farther fields setup to more my taste, but not the worst establishment I've every been to.

Pros: Amazing facilities and professional Staff!
Cons: There are non I noticed durint the first visit.
I live in the Tampa Bay, FL area and recently went up to Orlando Paintball with a couple of buddies. The Staff there were awesome and extremely helpful. It was bring your own paint Tuesday so they were having a really good mark down on balls. They also let us use their rentals when our guns were malfunctioning (for that we thank you guys). They kept the action happening with only 5 minute breaks between games. Another added plus was that they would defog and clean your masks between games, even if it wasn't a rental mask they provided. The Refs were extremely safety oriented while at the same time maintaining a sense of humor all the while letting us have our fun. Overall, these guys set the industry standard for me and it will be difficult to find a better field in Florida.

Pros: Indoor/good rentals
Cons: Expensive, out door fields across street
The biggest field in the orlando area. Has a large pro shop, good rental gear, and a lot of different fields. Bound to be people there when their open. But, the staff is decent at best. Their prices are also the highest of the area. The indoor is nice, but the rest of the fields you must cross a busy street by foot.

A good field if you take advantage of their deal days, always good fun to be had there.

Pros: Long Hours
Cons: Price, Parking, Refs
I came on a day where I had showed up to Paintball World and found out they closed. I had just bought paint and driven all that way so I decided to try out Orlando Paintball.

Prices and shop:
Doesn't open until noon, ok. FPO unless you buy a $50 BYOP membership for 12 months (and you still have to pay $10 bucks each time you come back to use it), but it was my only real option since I have my own equipment, and their $65/case paint would likely break in my Tippmann. I've heard you can gauge paint by dropping it, for a woodsball gun it would break on 3rd time roughly, shop attendant told me theirs breaks on first drop.......so paint is expensive, regardless of what you do. Admission and air will cost $21 (using that $.95 trick to make it seem cheaper). So I drop $71 just to play for the day.

Other players:
Mostly large parties, lots of little kids, and the place had a total of...400 PEOPLE THAT DAY! Needless to say that there was a lot of time waiting on getting into a field since most of them only permitted 20 people at a time, so you have to wait on that field for 15-20 minutes to join in, unless the laser tag group wanted that field, in which case they just get to jump ahead of everyone. I have heard that other days you get in groups with a ref and you cycle through fields, regardless of what the group actually wants to do.

Refs:
Most of them aren't paying attention to the match at all, and they definitely don't get on the field to check players for hits. I met one ref that was worth a darn (younger black kid that was watching the tubes field, knew his stuff and was professional and paid attention to what was going on). I had one round where my team had eliminated the other team and had no idea, we even called for the ref to tell us if we won, no answer. I start moving up the field and he comes on saying he had no idea we were still there and that the game was over 3 minutes earlier.........yeah, obviously need to get on the field more. I heard his manager caught him later on without his mask on while on the field giving instructions on safety and picking teams.

Parking:
the place straddles a road, and there is single space parking on either side, they are redoing their parking lot right now so not sure how long this will be relevant.

Overall the only reason I'd be back is if I have a worse experience somewhere else, and I'm checking that place out next week.

Orlando Paintball Most of the fields are great but their speed ball field, it's really small. the reffing is pretty poor but employees in shop are helpful. They're kind of expensive unless you have a membership there.
