ANSgear.comI have used ANSgear several times with good shipping. My one issue is CS. When I asked them a question once, they simply replied with IDK. :/

Do not buy from them. All is good until they mess up. They have a bunch of what it seems like teenage kids that refuse to help. I received my order incomplete and I was told there is nothing they could do. Do yourself a favor and read other reviews about similar experiences. It surprises me how a company can be this bad about their customer service and still be in business.

ANSgear.comOrdered a Crossfire 68/45 tank, when it got here it leaked. They assembled the reg incorrectly with the wrong sized O-rings and only hand tighten it onto the tank. ANS refuses to exchange the tank...
Ordered a Crossfire 68/45 tank, when it got here it leaked. They assembled the reg incorrectly with the wrong sized O-rings and only hand tighten it onto the tank. ANS refuses to exchange the tank and refuses to give a refund.
They gave me the number to call Crossfire for a "warranty replacement" and after speaking to Crossfire, apparently I'm about the 20th customer with this same problem!!
If this isn't fixed I won't order again and will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Fix it and I'll update/remove my review.
