This place is awesome. The field is great and the refs keep games flowing and organized. Both tourney players and rec ball players there and everyone was having a great time. Took about 30 mins to get paint and air because so many customers and not enough staff working the registers.

Pros: Turf, Clean, Best customer, service in the state
Cons: Slightly expensive
First off planet eclipse certified northern dealer and there is also two techs on site.

The Turf and bunkers are clean, the whole facility is very well kept and clean. Very nice for spectators that can watch through the glass.

Paint for 2010 is marbs. Very nice, shoots well and fairly cheap. When playing at air assault you have to realize that you are paying an extra $10 bucks for indoor play and turf.

These owners also are very experienced with paintball and can give advice that is right. Stop by the place and look at their trophy case.

Pros: Best indoor PSP field in MN
Cons: Limited open play hours
Air Assault is easily the best indoor field in the state. It has a full size PSP field, large staging area, and a big selection in the proshop. This review is short and sweet since everything that could be said has already been said in previous reviews.

The only complaint I would have is that they aren't open Friday nights for open play otherwise I would be there nearly every week to play.

Pros: Indoor, turf
Cons: one field, a little small.
Best and only indoor field in Minnesota that I know of at the moment. Only one field with thick style turf. Open play moves fairly quick for the most part, best all around tournament series and with that prize packages. Really great competition for those that have a team or even looking to find a team. Price can be a little bit expensive but still competitive with other fields. Refs have gotten better, new people have been added to the mix - here's a tip: don't be a dick they won't treat you like one.

The field is not a regulation size PSP field, but still large enough for 5man. Lots of room in the staging and you can watch through the windows. There is a pro shop as well - they are eclipse tech center as well as dealers. The field is cleaned and as well as the bunkers. Oh and new 2012 PSP white Eclipse bunkers were just purchased and put on the field. Can be a bit loud but what indoor place isn't...best place to play in the MN winter season!!

Pros: Competition. Staff. Indoor for winter.
Cons: A little bit pricy
Air Assault is a great place to play if you want competitive games and well run tournaments. The owner takes care of everyone and the field team refs very well at walk on days and tournaments. It is a little pricy for the paint but when that is compared to the level of competition and the field itself, I find it a worry use of my money to play the game in the winter. I would drive 8 hours from Minot ND to play there whenever I could.

Pros: Indoor play during Minnesota Winter
Cons: High prices and unfriendly patrons
Been going to Air Assault for a while. Even been in a tournament or two there. All in all its a small field under PSP regulations and maybe just because its indoor but feels small overall. Great customer service as far as their Ref's go. They are also phenomenal Certified Planet Eclipse Techs, I think the only one in the state. Always had great service in that respect. One thing that Air Assault cant really do anything about is the fact that some of the players there are super aggressive and have bad attitudes at times. I know some players are more serious but it can hurt the sport when new players come to a field and see that kind of personality stamped on a paintball player. All in all its a good competitive play field and I will go again and would recommend people visit.

Only played at Air Assault. To get into the door its 20. Paint is .05 a ball. If you have your own marker, you can only use it on Saturdays. Otherwise, you have to rent theirs which are .50 cal. Advance players only on Sunday's and that's 60 for entry and a box of paint. After that .05 a ball. Bring in your tanks topped off or run the risk of clogging up your regulator. If you want to walk in an play in either location, you're restricted to the weekends. The rest of the times are for reserved.
The trade. Its warmer than outside during the winter.
Generally the prices are cheaper for the new stuff, but stay away from used. (You've been warned.)
