PTX BOA barrels... [Archive]

I sent a couple of my PTX's in to have them prototye the barrels and they came back Friday (COD) and I missed it, I should be able to get them Monday nad let you all know how they turned out.

BOA barrels are now available at BOA, but I don't think they are on the web site yet. I think they are priced like teh Spyder barrels, though. Mine were $70 each, but they are nickel plated. (I think, since I haven't actually seen them yet - hehehehee)

This should help with some of the roll out problems and should also hel p some with the velocity since the paint size will better match teh barrel.

They are GREAT!

you all prbably know about the velocity challenge with the PTX's, withthe new barrels (better ball to barrel bore fit), I get about 10 fps more, with no other tweaks to the marker. Plus it adds a great amount of EAER (effective accuracy and effective range). I have since sold 2 of my PTX's, but still have two.

Never replace my Squall, but they are great fun!
