I have been told with my 4 pod efficiency freestyle, that i dont have the HE bolt could someone plz post a nice pic of a dissasembled HE bolt and another pic of a dissasembled non he bolt, that would be very benneficial, thank you very very very much in advance. i do have an 05 fs

i know it should but my fs has had an abnormal amount of problems, not by failure of stuff, but because icd put it together wrong thats why i need a pic of the he bolt

Yes I bought everything from the guy's thread in my sig. (just the parts). then i bought a SS screw kit from a guy in here too. The plastic bags have 2 different weight trigger springs in them, i got those at local hardware store.

does anyone have a pic of the non he for comparision?
Just shoot a lot to break in your gun then you'll see MUCH better efficiency. Worked for me.

wow i am glad i asked. mine does have it. when i took out the bolt the last part stayed in the back block and i was to scared to pull it out. but now that i did i got some cleaning to do. thanks.

yea that last part in the rear cap tends to get some build up in it, I use alchohol wipes to clean everything, and q-tips with slchohol, then dry off and relube everything.
When i got my freestyle back from ICD with HE installed I had a lot of fine metal shavings in around and on bolt asembly, i'm glad I took it apart to clean it.
