I live in Daytona... actually South Daytona, I usually play at Xplex Paintball "3838 S.R. 44, New Smyrna Beach" Hve you played there? they just started out, they only have a 5-man field or 2 3-man and a woodsball course (never played there, lol) and a hyperball field.

The prices are mad, $15 all day air and $45 for Heat, or $55 for Blaze.

I never play all the weekends because of the money. Also I'm getting some money together so I can buy an Ion + tank and other crap. I'll play next weekend if you give me some $$ ;)

Gator paintball [ hudson] has 3 airball fields. 1 from world cup and 1 from 04 philly, they also have X -Ball. Then they have around 7 scenario courses.

I played at OP every other sat, sometimes a few sats in a row, then started playing at hypersporstpark, been there about 3-4 times. OP has some nice hours and indoor fields, but I don't like their paint prices, and don't think the paint is worth those prices

I'm on the HSP forums as this same name, I'm wondering if anyone around this area plays woodsball because I really liked HSP's woodsball/hyperball field and would love to hit up some woods w/ some peoples for some low budget paintball...hehe

Also I'm wondering if anybody's down to hit up HSP on weds...I have a crappy job but it pays good, getting sundsays off is impossible, and they pay more on sundays... but on sats I got the last 5 off, so now I've gotta let the other guys get theirs off...once I get another job, I may hit up HSP ever sat, or every other, maybe OP once and a while.

OP is the easiest place in the world to bring your own paint without anyone knowing...split a half case with a friend (make sure you buy a case at the field, so they think you are shooting their paint exclusively) and have your own paint in the car..just make sure you dont have a clear or see through hopper or pods and you are set..

they *will* do a paint check here and there, an if you come in the proshop w/ a different cover fill of paint on you, they'll tell the ref to do a paint check

when I came there one night they looked in my hopper and my pods through the lids and could see the logo on the balls so I was cool

some people sneak wild streak in there but that stuff is brutal I had 5 hit me in a string, and not one broke...and we were playing "vital shots only" so it had to hit the torso/back, or head...it was murder getting shot w/ bursts here and there, people thought they were invincible just cuz there was vital shots only, they'd run right open and right behind you,then try and light you up

tele - Went to HSP yesterday. Overall, nice air ball fields (woods ball field is lacking, but has potential). Fair and decent prices, nice people, safety is a priority and a good selection of gear in the pro shop. All and all, not a bad field. From talking with Jason, it sounds like Sunday is the day to show up though, as most of the 'tourney' players come out then.

Who knows, maybe I'll see you around. BTW, anyone that is interested, there is a Pump day next weekend, on the 28th at Spacecoast.

5 man tourny june 18th Ozzys Kamikaze in ocala. right off of I-75 at the Belleview exit highway 484. take a left off I 75 and go about a 1/4 mile past the gas stations and on the left there will be an entrance to Summer Glen housing community or w/e. turn left. at stop sign road will dead end, take a right, and go for a few miles, summer glen will be on the right, and ozzies is just ahead on the right. very easy to find!

looks like a cool park, like the concrete pipe feild. i always figured nobody did that cause some newb would run into a pipe at full speed & break his skull... then the litigation would ensue. too far for me to go though... gator is like an hour + from brandon, ocala is even ferther. i only go to gator cause my team used to practice there, & still have friends in the area.
