New field in South Florida

Dudes if any of you live in the west palm beach area, there's a new field opening on february 26th on Southern Blvd. It's on/ near a golf driving range. So I'm thinking there's gonna be some decent grass.

I talked to the guy, He said there's three fields(didn't specify what kind). As for prices,he said $15 for entry and paint is going to be $70 a case. A little pricey, but I might check this place out on saturday.

Extreme rage is buliding a feild in Hollywood Florida, i think that is kinda close to plam beach right? i could be wrong but yeah its spose to open very very soon

Yes Er is supposed to be opening in Hollywood, i haven't heard anything on that though...

well as far as i knew it was spose to be open like 3 weeks ago, but something about indians and wanting some money something like that i forget, so it might be a few more weeks until they get all the legal stuff out of the way

I was kinda expecting something gay like that to happen... South florida must be thee hardest place to open a successful paintball field it seems.

You have nooooo idea. I've got a business plan sitting here for a field. I can get the money to start it up. Why haven't I yet?

Location, location, location.

It is so incredibly difficult to find suitable land to lease for this in South Florida north of Miami and South of West Palm Beach.

First..find the land. Second..make sure you can afford it and still be profitable. Third, make sure it's zoned properly. Fourth, make sure the county/city will issue your permits. Fifth, make sure local residents don't complain they don't want it in their community.

That's just basic breakdown, maybe not even in order.
