hi, i have to go to vancouver because my mom is having a phd class there and she wanted me to go with her. i was wondering if there were any good fields to play at there, ill be there from saturday 4/27 till friday whatever that date is. i prefer places w/ speedball or airball or some sort of tourney style field cause all i play is tourney pretty much. ive got equipemnt and everything, high pressure fills are a must. thanks

Panther Paintball (http://www.pantherpaintball.com/home.html), located in Surrey, is about a 50 minute drive from Vancouver. Their fields are in great condition, especially their speedball court. Sometimes they set up 'sup air too. Plus they usually fill to 4500psi.

There's also Tsawwassen Paintball (http://www.bcpaintball.com), but it's about the same distance. So if you're going to spend the time driving, just go to Panther. The fields are much better there.

You won't be happy about this. At Panther, it's around US$110 for a case of Blaze. The same goes for Tsawwassen.

1) Fills are free. Mostly 3000psi, but there's also one 4500psi station. "We don't have to fill your tank" was the justification for charging less for owners. You can do it yourself.
2) Pro D days are for the local schools. Stands for Professional Development. This just means a day off for students; therefore, Panther is open for the extra business.
3) Tsawwassen Paintball has a shop Downtown. Its address is 888 Granville Street. Phone number is (604) 696-9022. Just a note, you now have to dial the area code within the city.
4) The most popular gun (other than Spyders and other low-enders) is the Intimidator. About 10 Classics, and 5-6 Rippers are there (mine being one of them).
