Ive been having leaking problems with my 04 Freestyle with 05 guts. We found the leak around the solenoid, called ICD and they said to relube the gasket, and the manifold. After doing this, we aired it up, and heard a loud poping sound. I presssed the red button on the solenoid to make sure it was ok, it was. Then it started to leak again. Same area, but we cant pinpoint the spot. I did tighten the solenoid, and everything is back properly. Any suggestions? Someone, anyone??

are you sure its not the hose going to it?/ are you sure its the noid?? if so make sure the screws are tight. and make sure regs are ok, it might just be a reg issu (too much pressure)

Check the o-ring on the air line going to the valve.

hmm, i was working on it with him. we took the noid off, and lubed the gasket, and tightened the solenoid screws. what else is there to check? what do we do with the hose? is that the blue thing?

esmobsk8r is right, i aired up my fs today and it was leaking from that same place, just lower your lpr, it's set too high.

If it is that blue tube, how do i fix it? Is there a way to straighten it, does it have to be replaced? any help would be appreciated.

Its not the blue tude I know the problum it sthe solinoid Manoifold...what u have to do is take off the solinoid then tighten those 2 screws on the Manifold.....The put that rubber plate back inbetween the manifold an dthe solinod and put the solinoid back on....Tighen it pretty damn tight and it will work..TRUST me....

Good to know about the LPR because I took mine apart to kinda get an idea of what the deadly wind lpr cap will look like on there when I get it. I put my reg cap back on and put it on kinda tight (I think) and aired it up tonight had a very slight leak. Not worried about it though and the cap should get here soon so Ill look at it again once the new caps on there.

Ya, we actually raised the lpr to get it to cycle and the leak whent away, but when we raised it a little more....it leaked again but it was very slow, an little. I have relubed the manifold and am going to air it up soon. One question i have was that everyone else was like, dont tighten the solenoid down to much or something willl happen. Whats that about?

if there was a loud pop, you prolly destroyed the noid

check the 010 orings on the black block...the one under and in front

also check the 006 ure

thats what happened to mine when i first aired it up... ICD has to fix it, send it in, and get it done asap, so you can play with a fully working gun.

we actually fixed it. at first it was leaking around the noid, he lubed that up, and the leak vanished from there. then he had a leak from the asa/top of the hpr, i put mine on his gun, and no leaks. so he just sent in his reg
