this is the grip frame for the new Ton Ton Shocker.....it reminded me of the Diadem i used in the AM tournaments. Isnt it patented? just wonderin

that looks more like a Timmy frame, which has been copied by other brands before. AM too the look/performance even further by adding more palm rest area, but added weight as well. I'm not opposed composit; especially when applied to frames.

action markers has a reason for the hump they has stuff inside the hump. where as smart parts trigger has a hump that is completely cosmetic, adding wait to the gun.

yea but if am hasnt patented the bubble grip fram they should b/c i would imagin that if they dont it will be like that guy that made the ink fountain pens and lost millions b/c forgot to patent it

ermm. the timmy's had the clammy style grips before the diadem, so i'm pretty sure they can't patent it. Well, they could, but it could be challenged by NPS and BLAST and they'd win, seeing as they have prior art. The ton-ton frame is more derived from the timmy clamshell frames.

you cant sue them they didnt do any thing and you cant patent the trigger frame. Im shure the first guy who came out with a double trigger wanted to patent that too but it didnt happen. Lets be honest who cares yea good observation but no big deal smart parts still suck and they will for a long time.
