I hate how the media percieves paintball as such a dangerous sport. I was watching malcum in the middle and the kid got a paintball gun for his b day when they showed him playing paintball he was only wearing safty glasses. this is obviosly so you can still see the actors face and all but i was outraged. This is how paintball gets a bad wrap.

How was he stereotyping?
Also, you were seriously outraged when you saw it? Seriously?... c'mon your what 14-15 yrs. max? Outraged? dude its a tv show... infact a tv show that had two women having a destruction derby in the parking lot of a grocery store without helmets and HANS systems on to protect their spines... did Nascar get shutdown? i dont think so. Young kids take this stuff too far, it is the media and people know that what you see on T.V. is rarely ever real anyways.

just to let you know, saying that people bitch too much isnt a stereotype. If he said that white people rake their lawns with in shorts, dress socks and wingtips then that would be a stereotype. Saying that people bitch too much is the truth.

What I was trying to say is that the stuff on TV isnt hurting anything. If it was why would we continue to see it on TV. If people thought that paintball was so bad the tv shows wouldnt get good reviews and the makers would stop putting them in their shows. So since we see them so much, people must not mind.
