Icon E wat up grades u reccomend?

hi, i gotta Black Icon E 14" whisper barrel and 14" J&J ceramic i use the ceramic and and prolly selling the whisper. I wanna get t-board and a sweet spot trigger has ne1 used the products and can gimme a review? also wat else should i get? i think i may needa egg once i get t-board

t-board awsome i hear...i am getting it in a month or so.

Sweet spot trigger a lot of ppl got which i am also getting in a month.

when or if u get a T-board order a 25g or 50g T-switch. It makes the gun TONS FASTER like 5 balls per sec or more.

Get a Shocktech Supafly bolt too...increases accuarcy a little and u can get better air flow with it. It helped my gun with chopping too.

In the far future i want a better flowing block

ok thanks y would i need nitro tho? also bob long expansion chambers are at a local store 10 bucks a pop will they help with air flow?

an expansion chamber is a waste of money, it would be wiser to buy a regulator instead of another expansion chamber.... along with nitro. If you are gonna be using a t board c02 will freeze your gun up because of the high rates of fire.... also if you get a reg you can lower your operating pressure and have less kick back on the gun..... nitro is alot better than c02 read about it in the stickies

ok thx, the issue with nitro tho is i gotta almost a half hour away to get it. Luckily tho a store near to me is considering get a commpresser so it might work out nicly. Thank you for the help:)

Your deff. gunna need an egg2 if you get that beastly t-board, you dont have to upgrade your stock exspantion chamber, the stock one is fine.. you might want to consider getting the SUPERFLY bolt made by shocktech to get more consistant shots and to reduce the amont of chopping and you wont have to keep oiling it (if you do), in my own opinion if i had an iconE (wich iam getting) this is going to be my setup

Yep...stock bolt on the icone is ok you dont really need to but you should aand the stock barrel is really inaccurate

very wierd upgrading ur stock spyder with another spyder's stock parts.

idk about the shutter bolt.....but i know the shutter barrel sucks.

the gun dosent have blow back so an egg will due, maybe my stock shutter barrel has been touched by a god? idk its alot more accurate then any other stock barrel i've tryed and its more accurate then a whisper barrel and a smarparts progressive barrel

you can get a 5g switch from radio shack. i have one in my icon-e. they cost about 3 bucks.

the lowes should be a 50g switch. Because anything else will make your gun bounce.

yea deff. go with the t-board works great, youll need a new bolt and i hear the sweet spot is good, also get a clamping feedneck, a egg will be fine with your gun if you get a halo or empire b you might have double feed problems cause it will blow past the detent. I have a 25g switch you wont have a problem with bounce.

thx, im ordering the sweet spot and t-board this weekend. How much is a new switch, are they hard to install? i decided im goin all out now every dime i get is going into my gun. Wats better a superfly bolt or acs?

why do you need a sweet spot trigger? its a 20 $ straight peice of metal, you could sand down your own trigger and get the exact same preformance....FOR FREE

go with the derlin acs bolt so you dont have to oil your gun, if you even do..

you dont have to lube the super fly either there both delrin. and the a new switch is like 11$ i have an extra 50 gram already soldered if you want it i sell it to you for 8.

you don't have to lube delrin. YOU CAN'T OIL/LUBE DELRIN IF YOU DO IT SWELLS YOUR BOLT UP.IT IS A SELF-LUBRICATING MATERIAL

i would highly reccomend the sweetspot trigger it is very good and it makes you shoot SOOOO much faster.

you don't need a good bolt, so don't get one

get an air tank..you will always need one once you get better so why not get one right now. i suggest 68/3000, either a steel (4 pounds) or fiber wrapped (1 pound). the fiber wrapped will be about 50 bucks more new but they are worth it.

I didn’t like the Shocktach Delrin Superfly Bolt it sucked in my opinion if fit bad was very lose and had a lot or air blow back out of the back of the gun it was loud and mad the gun kick more then the old autococker style dragon bolt I am using now I am trying to fined out what it is but I got if off a friend to try because the superfly sucked and I can’t find it an the web anywhere. Go with the sweet spot it filled really good, I have the 50g switch it is lighter but I didn’t gain any PBS the stock board only goes as fast as 13BPS. You can shout that with nitro and a good spring and shim set up with the stock 250G but the 50G is very light if that is what you are looking for. The stock grip on that gun is a gas thu not an expansion chamber and mine had a strange thread size on the line in and I got a dye gas thru from it off a Dye proto for the bottom line regulator I am using and it works well I thank if you are going to us the stock drop leave the stock gas thu. I have a 88/4500 tank if I can get the field were I play to give me 3500PSI I can play all day with out filling running the reg at 600 and gold Heavy/medium Spring and Blue/hard Shim with the velocity all the way in it its right at 298FPS consistent. I had a ricochet AK hopper and just got a Egg with the z-board I have not chopped a ball since. I was shooting to fast for the hopper was the problem so go for the egg you can get one off eBay with a z board shipped all day for 60 well worth it.
