If you play at orbital you should know who I am, silly. I used to play there a lot. But I work at Kohn Sports (paintball) and with xmas and eveything- I just have been too busy to play. I have only had 1 day off in 3 weeks (which of course was xmas). Evil Slave Drivers! lol

No clue. I am gunless at the moment. I am trying to figure out what kind I want next. Leaning towards the new Dye Proto Matrix in Cobalt. Thats probably what Im going to pick up. We had one in the shop and I fell in love with it.

Any other suggestions guys??

Protos are nice.. DM4 without the frills... maybe a tad slower, but I dont notice between my DM4 and a Proto.

they are alot smaller tho:) they just need a better barrel and a clamping neck.

You should try out a B2k with PDS. much cheaper than anything else that equals its performance. really fast and accurate, pretty light too. You should look into it

i say dont get one kuz they dont compete with shockres and timmys and such w.o alot of ups but a freestyle is a very good gun

i own a dm4 w/a xsf board in it i usually use the freak barrel it works great. 2 guys show up where i play with the proto just out of the box those guns were awesome the 2 guys play on team animosity they have had timmy's - dm4's - and some of the other top guns,they like the proto the best said it was the most acurate gun they have shot.

Good luck with setting up your team, hope it all comes together for you. Sarasota is my hometown, how often do you travel there for NOPI?

Once a year when they go down there. NOPI is a company in Atlanta, but they travel everywhere. Last year they were in Sarasota in April or May. (I remember it being hot) However, I just talked to my NOPI boys a few days ago and the plan is to hit Tampa Oct. 8th and 9th. And West Palm June 4th and 5th.

BTW they are silly- I think when he said "Tampa" he meant Sarasota. I will have to double check that though.

The October dates that you listed I believe are the dates for 'Slamfest' in Tampa at the Florida state fairgrounds. Its one of the largest southeastern car shows that i usually attend.

no dye throttle seeing as how you will probably be using a matrix i think you should get a 45/45 because they are small and i like them a lot but get low pressure vecause the output is 750psi. and it will make the reg work harder and it wont cycle as fast

ABOUT THE TANK- really you can not ever go erong with a CrossFire Tank 68/45 or 45/45 they are good air systems..

I personally say invest in a DM4 or 5. I dont think the 5 has that many more ups right now to justify the extra $200 dollars. I just started using a Dark Shocker and really like that, so you can take everyones word on what to shoot, but when it comes down to it, its a personal taste and comfort with that gun. good luck.

If you're still looking for a gun, I would strongly urge you to pick up an E2 half blocked cocker of some sort. The new ones are screaming fast and with the MQ-valve finally being released it is now possible to achieve some seriously scary rates of fire with all the good features cockers are known for (accuracy, consistency, etc.). I own a fastback Eblade myself and it will outshoot my Reloader B on a consistent basis.

That's cool you have another female team in Florida. What's the name and what tournaments are you all playing this season? I played on the Femmes the last two seasons and now have my own team. I play out of CFP. If you want, me and another girl will be playing at Gator this weekend if you want to play you're welcome to.

My team's name is Divine. Im not sure exactly if we are playing this weekend. I am still waiting on my on/off...so. I think we are mainly going to playing a CFP, but a lot is still under debate, including tournies. We just got together and all.

1st is paid entry to Tampa NPPL plus 25 cases of paint 2nd is free entry into next 7 man and 20 cases of paint
3rd is team jerseys

get this entry is ONLY 250 per team
Paint is ONLY 55 a case
This is a Rookie and Novice event.
This event will be played in downtown Naples in their Flagship stadium
All tourney fields will be airball

good luck with the Team, CFP is a good field and the TEAM CFP are good guys and they can ball , Played them in PMI last year. Also good choice of gun.

you know paintball is great and i would play all day long if i could and its fun to post here on pbnation. but it can get old so if she can spice it up and have some fun with it then so be it
