hey i am new to the forums and well i have been playing paintball for about 3 yrs now and well i have a ICON LED i wnat to up grade BUT i dont have the money and i was looking for the easy way out buy upgrading my gun.

i was thinking of getting this tboard but i have no clue if this will fit in my icon? will i ahve to drill out some metal? ot any thing ir will it fit in there jsut fine? and will i be able to get at least 15 bps w/ t-board and the sweet spot ICON trigger w/ a 25g switch? and 25g switches are ligeter then a 50g switch right?

are there any upgrade bolts for icons that are worth getting?
and where can u buy a 25g switch? they no longer have then on osCommerce that was where i was going to order mine from. where can i get one now? you ballas have to know where some are. and will the dye stickys fit on a icon w/o any like buldges or other problems? and can u see the LED's throught it? that is not that big of a deal. i just want to make sure that they fit well.

ok i would get the tboard im getting one soon you shouldent have to drill anything but the eye holes and you can go to a local field for that. I would probly not get the 25g switch because you may have a problem with ramping. For a bolt i would get a shocktech superfly short bolt. If you want a 50g switch for cheap i know someone on here that sells them for 6$ including shipping.

waht is the stock amount of grams on the icon? like 30000000g?
is it real hard to drill holes for the eyes? and otherwise it all will fit?
and can i have a link to the bolt plz?

ok the stock switch is 250gs and yes everything should fit in your gun and if you have any friends with alot of experience with good guns they could probly do the eye holes for you but if you have to do them your self it comes with extructions. and heres a link for the bolt

it depends on you, i use a revy because there cheaper and they help you save paint because you cant shoot as much. but revys are kindda weak and breack easy i have gone through about 2 shells already. But eggs are great too and if you want to roll bit*hs then get the egg but get a revy if you need to conserve paint.

well i am sure my gun wont do over 15bps so wont a revy be fine? i dont have the money right now for a egg and i start on jan 21st.

hey man you can get the 50g switch when you get the t board and eyes and yeah a local field should be able to install them for you. also i have an egg and a stock board and i give the egg a little work out so if i was you i would get the egg unless you are gonna get the eyes installed right away

well i am not getting the t-board untill i need it after paintball starts.
it is out school team so we have a 75$ fee we have to pay.
i think i will get a revy and i order then trigger i need to get a bolt and some grips.
can someone link me to dye stickies that fit on a icon led please?

i need to get my loder and my 50g switch now.
EDIT jsut ordered my switch and so now i need grips and loder and my bolt.

then i am going to ask FSL(local shop) to see if they will put some eyes in for me.

are there more more places that sell some custom frames/bodys. i want my icon to be tight and have resale value. and i want it to be a nice gun.

and is there any place that will paint guns for cheper then them they paint but it costs 140$

its crappy. Ventury bolts don't "evenly distribute air," they just restrict its flow. If you want a good bolt, spend the money on a delrin non-venturi style one, or keep the stock.
