i have and evil valve for a spyder that i tried on my icon...but i leaked. i never got it to seal right but i need to try it again and really oil it up good and cock the bolt before gassing to see if that works.

anyone else can help out also

the icons are close to spyders but that what i was afraid of .... lol. I have a low pressure chamber for a spyder and that wont fit on my icon.

Also the 32 degrees spyder spring kit doesnt work well with the Icon, the springs are different sizes as well. Especially the valve springs, they are like twice the size.

I had aspirations of trying to go lower pressure if i could with my icon, not because its ant cheaper than buying a new gun, but just to tinker with so to speak, but the incompatibilty im running up against is discouraging

Maybe its time to fins a good used E99 ?

a 32deg spring kit WILL work in an Icon. I have them at my store, and one of them wouldn't fire right so I had to respring it. They are a bit different in length, but the tension is what matters. The kit includes the proper side valve springs, they are the half size ones or whatever...

Its the same valve as a spyder...The cupseal is a very delicate part, and needs to be completly clean and damge free otherwise it will leak...this is likely your problem.
