Does anyone know what happened with Docs and VL? At NE Open, one day they had all eggs(i thought they were sponsored by VL), then the next they were all using Halos.
And Doc is crazy. He kicked a plate of food into #1's back and almost got his *** kicked.

i'm sorry mabey i believe players should WORK to get where they are, not an easy ride with cushions and all the latest equipment. Sponsors are one thing, in allot of ways you have to work for sponsors. Where you are now is not because you grinded it out and struggled to the "top" but because DOC got you there. Not your own innitiative and desire to play and be the best to work with what you got.

I use to play Docs like 2 or 3 years ago when they played the 5 man rookie pmi series and such. They did have help from Docs but if you look at what they have done in the 2002 and 2003 season in PSP. I don't think that Doc got them First place so many times, they did it on there own he just got them to the event, they PLAYED.

Just think if the mommas boys were able to practice 1-2 times a week instead of like 2 times a month and not even as a whole x-ball playing team at that. If the Mommas Boys did have the sponserships they would obviously be a whole hell of a lot better.

But take the Doc factor out and you got nothing...
IF Doc wasn't there 3-4 years ago you wouldn't be able to make it to the events, less events, less practice, less improvements, less exposure, less interest, less sponsorship etc. Domino effect. A house of cards if you will. Doc is the reason you are here. Your team was built on a foundation of free ride wheather you realize i or not.

They did but that is only a deal on a gun, there sponsers are very thin and they don't really get backing, at least that is my understanding.

EDIT: the gun was not free, since they ordered them as a team they were able to make them custom and get a little bit of a deal on them.

Let me put in my 2 cents. I dont care what anybody says...if you were offered a free ride, you would take it. Regardless of how long you have been playing or if anyone thought you were good enough to have it. I know for damn sure I would. Some of the guys on my team know the guys on Docs and I have hung out with them at some of the events. They all seem to be good guys. I have also met Doc and that dude is funny as s**t. He didnt even know me and invited me to Fla. to go fishing. Who gives a f**k about who gets what and where they get it from. Just play paintball. This is comming from someone who sits in a nutral(spell check please) corner. I dont hate on any of the teams. We are all there for the same reason....Have Fun and Play Paintball. End of story!!!!

Who cares if Docs is "spoiled" they still put in the practice time, just like everyone else..
