you'll be fine. i have a base system x and it is one of the most consistant cockers I've owned, and cheap to boot. I have not added anything special to it and it runs as a champ as my backup when I need it.

friggin awesome markers man, better than any other cocker or cocker clone out there, smoother, quieter, more air efficient..just plain AWESOME!
only thing you might do is add a drop/on off and a delrin bolt...oh yea, and maybe an aftermarket barrel and all that (duh)

yea...might wanna wear a glove or somethin on the hand your gonna be touchin tha reg with tho, it'll get pretty cold. if you can find a decent tank for a good price, go for it, a 45/45 would be a good size, and i can easily get 1500 off a single fill on my tank (68/45)
a 68/3 would be fine also, just make sure it is a high output tank.
your co2 tank will be fine for a while, you might consider upgrading to nitro after christmas ar somethin.
