depends on the ammount of people at the field
the refs start at 830 sharp, we load the beast and set up thats the most demanding part and takes us damn near till 10, when you hear me gather up walk ons in the morning, we've been there for almost 2 hours just getting the field ready.
the rest of the day, there is one senior ref to every junior ref, if woods are getting slammed, which is what usually happens in the morning, we send two seniors and a junior, leaving the other ref pair to manage hyperball,
the guys you see up in the shack, take care of money and stuff. only me, and the two other guys do that, and ill take the private groups. after the day is done, we constintly pick up trash because for some reason the people at the field havent learned the concept of trash cans yet, even though they are placed all around the feild. then we do the marker cleanup. we clean all the markers, the masks, the barrel covers and hopers and everything else. then we go home. usually get out of there at around 630 or so... its a fun time, well i have a fun time reffing.

what do they pay at pevs, i heard 40, and AG pays 50, and VAG pays 60, but there are advantages to working at pevs because you get a discount right?

Reffing at pevs changes.
its more then all of them, yet they dont start paying until youve passed the "test" why would they pay crappy refs?
the refs get lots of little added bonuses... its more then the others thats for damn sure. plus they treat us really well...
the age limit it all depends. we've had a few 14 year olds but they were players from shadow it all depends on the kid.
