So I actually took the time to mess with the regs at the field yesterday...
On my stock gauge, it appeared I was running sub 250psi to get 280ish psi previously. On my newly installed MacDev 0-300 gauge, I needed 280ish psi to get 280ish fps. To put it in friendly format
New valve
New board code
LPR: Stock, 1/4 turn past complete cycle point
HPR: Sidewinder, 280
Air source: 88/4500 HP Crossfire
Shot count: too lazy to count
I partially attribute the high HPR pressure needed to the heavily ported Ultralight I was using yesterday, as I previously used a Scepter kit. I'll check next time...

Does anyone have their MIN/MAX settings... I CANNOT run my hpr over 280is, i can run decently around 180-200

I can't seem to get a usable FPS under 250 psi. I haven't gone higher than 290ish psi because my gauge is 0-300 and I don't wanna blow it :)

1st weekend i was getting about 1/2 case on 2000PSI from a LP 70/45
well after the break down and lubing tonight my HPR is currently set at 250 and the LPR tuned to where it seemed to cycle the best(went through about 2500psi of dry firing), tomorrow night at the field Ill get more accurate settings per FPS marks.

how do you guys get such low presure from your HPR? i havn't shot over a crono yet, but it shoots best around 350-380.

Ya, i cant get either me or my teammates guns to run below 325-400 ish. We have been using either dye slick lube or shocker grease to lube the internals, and have not yet broken down the lpr or HPr to lube. Is superlube all the difference in the world? We are supposed to have the HE bolt kits.

let it break in, ever case i ran it got better.
im on like 8 cases now and i do 280fps at low 300's
i did see a difference from dye lube, radio shack lube and dow 33 to super lube. No clue on the reason, but i found that it lowered my hpr pressure after using it for a little bit by 10-15 or so.

Im guessing your saying that the super lube lowered your pressure by 10-15?
update: after almost 3 cases of paint and at least 5-6 3Kpsi fills of dry firing I got new numbers at the field last night....
For 250-260fps(field limit) I was at 280psi from the stock HPR with the LPR set appropruately for cycling and breach clearing. This is down from the 300-310psi I had run 2 times ago.

What are the best reg settings for a NDFSP with nox reloaded and HR-1
its running at 300 psi for hpr, and no idea for the lpr.
Should i lower the hpr pressure a little? I still get some kick but its not very much
