Pevs is the best store in the country... and their field is pretty sweet too. Any of you gus play at powerhouse paintball? It is a little ways away from pevs, in fairfax. They aren't very good, but friday night play indoors is pretty cool.

Vlad: It's actually been on and off, Krazy Kidz, Shut out invited me for a tourny. Lates, (despite whatever other people, a LOT of other people. say...) I've been playing with Capitol Punishment (now called MISSION, after the pants they use :) and am working something out with Pat Allen who's the head coach of Team Shadow, I may play back for them. Other than that, I'm not on a team right now.

Andrew: I won't feel stupid being bunkered by a tippmann, I'll tell you though, I'll feel stupid being bunkered by you.

Dave: Nice pickup. Victor, the guy who cooks the food, drove up to New Jersey last Saturday to pick up a 99 STO so that he could use it Sunday. It's nice, for 900 he got a CUSTOM fade Green to Yellow STO with Adjustable front reg, 3 boomsticks, and an Apocalypse 68 4500. I will bring your bag, btw.

a newer team is forming, named Team Replay. At the last three man tourny they did ok, made finals, but thought that they didn't, so they packed all up, then had a minute to get back in their shoes, cloths, masks, and get their guns running. They entered as Nemo. Oddly enough, one kid from their team, real tall guy with a single trigger LED, told me that if I didn't make shadow (he said I prolly would, as Shadow isn't all that good, whatever...) that I could join his team. Well, they were good. They had 5 guys playing, so me, Ben (Shadow player), Victor (cook), Sean and Eric (two brothers, refs at field, accepted but didn't go to Shadow [not enuff money]) made a quick 5 and played. It was on/off, which wasn't great because an organized team should ROLL 5 kids who never played together before (I've played with Ben. Sean and Eric are brothers and have played together, that's about it.), but it was a strong line up, all cockers too (My STO, Sean/Eric both have Works, Victor STO, and Ben's Angel battery died so he used Erics back up cocker, nice...).

They told me (Team Replay) that they wanted to send in a roster and get sponsership from Pevs. I didn't really believe them, but figured what the heck... Today while I was organizing the boxz of the new angels (thaz right, new angels) that came in, a fax went through. It was their roster (6 guys). They actually did it, they sent it in. In two weeks, Pev is coming and we're talking about their sponsership. Good Luck Team Replay!

i was there. i sucked today. im not use to my long barrel, which i ordered shorter front but hasnt come in yet :( so i kept stabbing the damned thing in the ground and wacking myself in the face. wait it's not the barrel it's my stupidity level and clumsines!! How does practicing work up there at Pevs? If you arent playing Rec and want to play tourney ball what do they do?

Vlad: Basically, the teams just grab people and go, but you gotta' be ready for it. There's sorta three levels here, the walkon sucka's, the wanna' be tourny players, and the tourny players. jump in a few games with the wanna' be's (no offense, name just given, they can still play, getcha warmed up...). Then watch some tourny players, then if you feel like it, jump on the field. It's good to get to know some of the tourny players first, 'cause it gets lonely if you don't know anyone yet trying to do your thang...

technically all the groups are walk-ons, but the walk-on groups are usually newbies and play in the woods, and the tourny players use the speedball courses

anyway ima have to come up to pevs sometime, im getting my license tomarrow, anyway i thought they only had seperate groups in the summer, they have a seperate group for tourny players in the winter too?
