why does my ptx suck??

the first day i got my ptx it broke. I used the spare orings that were included and that worked for like 2 more days. i heard that there is a seal kit for it but i cant find it anywhere on the web. also i lost the strange sized special allen wrench included with the gun. I wanna smash the damn gun with a hammer!
CAN SOME ONE HELP ME???

but if you want it fixed, you might want to complane to the manufacturer, get in their face, no matter who they are (unless thier PBL) they think that the customer is always right. i own a PTX, and mine has worked fine, ( i pamper my markers a bit) but i have heard that one in every few PTX's has -may have- flaws, but that isnt any differnt from any other marker out there. meh.

You know, if you do get really pissed at it, return it, and I can sell you the last one we have in stock, it works, (we tested it once to see that it works). its a black PTX like mine, (infact they both came in the same shipment that we orderd) $200CAN +tax&shipping. ( if that sounds like a little much, you are getting a perfictly fine, brand new, -working- PTX for your hard earned cash, remeber that). we'll even do a free ball detant mod for you, so that you dont have the odd paintballs rolling out the barrel like in most PTX's
