They Got In Trouble Because Of This Monopoly **** That SP Is Doing, Are You Guys Using Windows? Hippocrates. I Seriously Dont Care And Nor Sould You. Even The Moderators Dislike SP Its Become A Fad To Hate em, Along With "AGG" And Anything Dynasty. Sp Did A Smart Move Buisness Wise And Company Along With Product Wise ****ing Kick ***.

I Noticed As Well That When Dynasty Started Using SP Shockers People Starting Saying It Was The Company And Not The Products, Hilarious. Go Ahead And Flame But Think About It. Boycott Microsoft If Your Worried About Monopolys, And When You Buy Something Its Your To Patent Along With Every Other Good Idea, (Example Car Body Shapes) And Just About Everything. You People Should Shut Your Mouths, Play Paintball And Not Diss Things That You Know Nothing About.

SP had another company design the 'electro-pnematic' for them, so they dident invent it. Yes there products are pretty good, but they just went too far. They got rid of one of my favorite markers, and I could not stand that.

Your point about the Shocker and the Matrix being of another companies design is moot.

The real reason why people do not like SP is that fact that they took that highly specific patent (Ya know, the one from the other company?) and used a loophole to generalize it to cover the entire spectrum of electrically operated markers, some of those generalizations being innovated by other companies before SP changed the patent. They took a wealth of general paintball public knowledge, put their name on it, and have proceeded to put good companies out of business using it. IE: Not cool.

1. they didnt make the first electro-pneumatic gun they had another company make it with joint rights, then sued the company for full rights.
2. they didnt even patent the use of the electronics in the first place, that was edited in january of 2002.

no, dye bought out generation e-sports(creator of the matrix) while smart parts sued pneu ventures(creator of the classic shocker) for full rights of the design, the lawsuit put pneu ventures out of business.

The thing with Pneu-Ventures is that sp didn't sue them (Pneu-Ventures) for the rights to the shocker they (sp) bankrupted them (Pneu-Ventures) by witholding payment for the design of the shocker after Pneu-Ventures refused sp's demand to include them as inventors on the original patent, even though they (sp)didn't do any inventing. Consequently Pneu-Ventures went bump and sp bought the pieces, the guy's at Pneu-Ventures lost everything. That my friends is why sp are f'ing scum, imho.

Monopoly? You are in left field on that one. I love Windows and last I checked I can still use a different operating system because Microsoft’s patents are specific and not broadened to the point of electricity, SP beat them to it.
