Honestly though, has anyone had any luck forming a team this way?

I would say not really... better off just keeping it friends, or going to the field to meet people. There are always walk on 5 on 5 games going at SC Village.

But, if your local and need a decent back/mid guy to play once in a while, let me know. I play about twice a month.
