whoever is on team zero red- you guys have a relatively easy prelim schedule. same for black.

red- watch out for abbey's. they have a back guy whose hopper lid never closes. the field is very open so watch for him to shoot lanes all day long.

black- watch out for Regulatorz. mad crazy ballers, and a good group of guys. if caleb is playing with them- watch out. he's a fast SOB and wil snap shoot you in a heartbeat.

Hey I know we had a ruff one this weeknd and we have alot we need ot work on....the one thing that Ive heared from just about every player is...They were not comfortable....Hmmmm this is something that is hard for me to work with because being comfortable is a singular experience...Here is the practice schedule

1st practice will be a private practice...this will be a practice that I can place everyone in a ((((((((SET POSITION))))))))) We will work on getting everyone comfortable with there positions in a team fasion...I need everyone to get used to what theyre going to play because im not changing it after this...

2cnd practice will be against chucks team in walker I will let u know when that is... They have a 5 man in WTS and can help us with one on one stuff that might help my team strategy and also let us get used to the new guy "GO THUNDERCAT GO" HAHAHAHA! and used to our new positoning.....

3rd practice will be at pbc Strictly running against teams at PBC this will be fine tunning by this time everyone should feel comfortable about playing theyre position also Scott will be used to our 5 man strategy...

I have put alot of thought into this and have every player under consideration...but you know what if you do not come to practice you do not get better...I need You guys to understand this These practices are not F$@%^&) optional dont waste my time I schedule this around everyones work plan the best I can and it is not a problem for me to fill the new Guy in to your position...

I want to win You want to win In order to do that we have to work for it and get better...We got alot and I mean alot of recogniton this past weekend...I cant tell you how many teams told me "Man U guys are right there Right on the edge u guys have so much talent You just have to pull it together... Paintball Planet in New Orleans will be hosting the New Orleans Indoor Open (N.O.I.O) 3-man event on May 2, 2004.

Entry is $150 per team and includes air.
Paint is $60, tax included.
The event will be reffed by PUSH.

Hey guys I talked to dillan and i ordered your paint, and im getting scubas also. So everyone get with him about what time you guys are leaving on the 17th (I'll have a team member meet you in walker at 7:45 and that should have us starting at 830am that morning)

It will be supair(I'll try and get you guys a layout of the field soon as i can get someone's email adress)
It will be 40.00 per person(that's 39.00 a case and field fee, and air all day) I ordered 4 cases cause dillian said you guys had some left over from gerwin's like us.

So if you want a price break down its:
39.00 a case x 4=156.00
5.00 field fee x 5=25.00
6.00 scubas x 3=18.00
199.00 is the total and you guys split it 5 ways and its 40.00 a person.

Also if the practice goes good for everyone, we can do it once and month if you guys wanted to?(we practice once a month anyway and its alot cheaper than going to a field)

Thanks I appreicate it...I just want my guys to show up for practice thats all... it doesn't matter if I tell them a month ahead of time somebody always comes up with something...uno like my Dog ate my homework... we haven't had a team practice since 2 weeks before the tourney at WTS... Its good to talk and all but if your not willing to put in the time, then whats the point uno! I realize that my guys have very different lives but who the Bleep doesnt... I have taken off More Sundays to practice than any other person on the team and you have never heared me complain because I knew it benefit the team and I was getting to play paintball...World Cup is coming up in October and Im going to go at least if not play...I know that these guys are really good and we have an A$$ Load of talent on the team but if there's no work to get better than whats the point...

I want to remain captain... I really Do because it make"s me feel good when I see my gus playing well....

I was wrong for wanting to step down I took the burden of captain and Im going to keep it even if this whole ship goes up in flames....Practice is on May the 8th at team Impact's field ........This Practice is Mandantory If you are not there Scott will fill Your positon on the team and Bryan will fill the other.

Whats up people, I think everyone knows by now except maybe thundercat that there will be practice on the 30th of May either at paintcheck or MCM's field. This practice is not optional you miss your Gone...sorry but thats just how it is.... you wont play if you dont come to practice!
2 practices will be held in june one on a saturday at team impact's field the other on a sunday of which date im not quite sure yet... I will post them by the end of the week...Ill do my job as Captain to let you know ahead of time when and where the practices are, So you can make yourselves avalible

We have practice on the 19 of June, in walker against Team impact...Before this we will have practice at either paint check or MCM's field depending on weather Conditions... I have posted these dates as non-negotiable...You will be there or you will find a new team to play with....

OK as I said Im assighning positions as I see what will work to the best of our abilities.

Billy and Joe will remain in back because of their ability to throw a phenominal amount of paint...

at mid I am going to put C.J as a mid front and scott as a mid back...

Fig and I will take the wings...The reason I am putting Fig and I up front as because of the ability that we both snap better in close range againt other players.

Cj will play mid front because of this ability to see the field and his ability to move up under fire....

Scott iwll be played at mid back..the reason for this is Scott has a great view of the field good communication and snaps well left handed I need someone who can switch..Scott is a natural leader on the field and thats what I need at mid,also against certain teams that we wish to play more conservativly this gives us a better advantage on the field.

This players format is nonnegotiable im assighning these positions because This is what will work the best with our playing style...Fast and controlled.

Im looking foward to our next practice...Guys have your stuff together cause were have alot to get done Before WORLD CUP!

Whats up guys...Let start this off right and get a schedule down...

Sept 4 team Zero will have practice at Team Impacts field its on a saturday, so bring your paintballs and be ready to go...

The tournament for the open will be held on the 26 of september so my guys make sure your off of work...

As far as last practice, good job guys fundamentally I feel like the progerssion of the team was successful we gota alot out of the way.

Individual players report pluses and minuses

Billy, Looked strong on back communication points breaks looked better as far as coming out with your gun up, moving together with team looks better

Still need to work on snaps, I know we didnt get alot of time to do this so it will be encouraged in our next practice.

Thundercat, Looks better on breaks getting into your bunker and as far as mental game of knowing what to do and what not to do...You kept me in check alot of times on yes we do it this way no we dont do it the other way...100% better Your the new guy but as far as willingness to learn I couldn't ask for more...

Snaps have to be stronger...but that will come with practice and time...Also your communication was great I heard you talking over everyone and thats what I want.

CJ, I know your hurt but you came out and did what you were able to do. You more than anyone helped me shape the overall team strategy...and how were going to work...you stayed on everyone's buts about doing this the right way Tell your son thanks as well he was a tremendous help...So rest up old man so you can be rippin on people at the PCO....

Fig, Looks alot better at movingh up the field and finding key positions to help push our players up the field...mentally better as far as knowing when to move and when not to move....I think you are finally starting to come out of your lone wolf phase Communication skillls much better especially primary calls off of the break...Snaps look good have to work on shooting left handed a little more so you can run both sides of the field equally

Overall though I was satisfied with what was done at the last practice...I would say we need alot more practice at snaps...but we will get to that on the 4th were going one more practice before the tourney but I have to get with you guys to discuss a date so I can have the maximum amount of palyers on the field.

I would like each of you to post and tell me what you think I need to do to become a better player... I need your Commentary and trust your judgement...

Also as Captain I need to have information as to what you as players believe that we need as a team to get better.

Anything about practice...let me know and Ill put it in if you think it willl make us better...

The one thing I love about our team is our work ethic, Everyone played and participated very well the otherday We looked more like a team than Ive ever seen us look... we still have alot of work to do but good job guys.
