Armotech Court documents

I was curious if anybody knew where the armotech court case was being held so I can find appropriate court dockets. Neither company seems to be very willing to realease anything more than finger pointing statements so I thought I could go get the facts myself. Please don't start a discussion thread over who is right and wrong with a buncha copy pasted and he said/she said crap.

you can get the pertinant documents from the courts themselves. No need to get in a he said she said issue. Armotech.com is giving out copies but I think they are charging a small fee (because the copy of the lawsuite is like 60 pages) But if you call them they will tell you where you can go get a free copy...

The cases were filed in Southern District of California(San Diego). The case against Jon Harris/Merchant Direct is case # 04-CV-181.
The case against Richard and Thomas Lin/Armotech ltd. is case # 03-CV-1906
