Well, we've got to determine where exactly it is leaking from. Have you checked all of the o-rings, especially the valve o rings? Bolt o rings look ok? How about the cup seal, is it making a good seal? Vertical adapter o rings? Basically check all the o rings and see if there is anything obvious. Replace any suspect o rings. Oil your marker to help make better seals.

well the cup seal is perfectly fine, all o rings are in perfect condition. mainly all the CO2 is coming out the barrel, and oddly enough some around the frame.

Well, if I had to guess, I would still say your cup seal is the main culprit. Since air is coming out the barrel, it means that it is getting past the cup seal into the valve, and then up into the barrel/feed tube. Make sure that you oil the sealing face of the cup seal before reassembling your marker and see if that stops the leak. You can e-mail or call National and get a replacement cup seal for free if you think that you might need one.

just a quick note, I ran into a similar problem over the weekend with my icon, it turned out to be the valve o-rings, even though they seemed fine. JUST REMEMBER TO PUT YOUR VALVE BACK IN THE CORRECT WAY!!! i didn't and I couldn't figure out why it wasn't working.... make sure the clear o-ring is facing towards the LPR... good luck.

Ahhh, There a bass screw under the frame (remove the frame)- and screw in the brass screw for a more tight fit...
Also if low on C02 The valve won't completely shut so it will leak.
