Team Oregon Equinox is looking for members! we are a young guns team that will soon be starting out of the portland oregon area. so far we only have to players myself and a buddy of mine. you need to be under 15 and have experience playing paintball. we are looking for about 3 more players atleast. we dont have a scheduled try out time yet but i am working on it. it will most likley be held at portland paintball. the try outs will be some time in 2004 so keep checking back. for more information pm me or im me on aim my sn is Team Equinox 52

um, im not sure if you know this or not, so don't get pissed if you do, im just trying to help.

to play young guns you only need to be under 16 at the time the season begins, that means for 2004 you have to be under that age in january.

about your tryouts. your going to want to hold them very soon, the season begins in january so you want to have everything ready by the time the first tourney rolls around.

also, i dont know if you know ryan from portland paintball but im sure he'd like it if you told him in advance that your planning on having tryouts at his facility. I don't think he'd have a problem with it but its something that woorks better with lots of preperation.

I have 2 sons that may be interested...but they are new to the game.... so i dont know if you would be interested. I guess you have to start somewhere though. Learning from better players is the best way to go.

alright we have decdided that we arent going to compete this season we will be starting next year because its to late now and we didnt have enough people show any interest. so we will have tryouts later this year so that will give them time to progress but yeah when we have them bring them on out.

ok here is the deal. i know the owner of oregon paintball and im gonna get him to sponsor our team. that means damn good prices on paint like evil and anarchy and all the good stuff. he can get us anything we want for damn good prices. we can practice there and have tryouts there for free just buy paint and air from him. and he is putting up a airball field this month. so we will have a good deal going. we arent only gonna be young guns anymore unless all the people that show are young guns.

drew we played with you today at ppb it was fun got some good expirience. we found out about a local 3 man we are going to enter we need 1 more player guys. its a 75 dollar entry so its cheap entry plus about 60-70 for a case of paint it says.

dude, bad idea. your gonna want to find a good teammate you can play smoothly with and avoid conflict. See all the trouble your having just making a date to watch this guy play?

curch is great, but if he cant even go when church is over, its a waste of time. half your weekend is already lost at that point and you can only set practices for sunday.

also, it doesn't sound like he is "mobile." Hes trying out for your team but trying to get you guys to drive to do it. If the kid wants to play tournament paintball, have him come when you can for sure go and just set the date. If he doesnt show, forget him.

I bet if you talked to ryan at PPB about having the tryouts for young guns he woulp put it on his board and youd get a lot of kids.

just have it all structured in advance and see who shows, then go from there. I just thought i'd say it because your too nice to. You guys are too promising to be bagged down by a player who wont be able to play freely for another 4 years.

anyone who wants tory out show up at portland paintball with all ur gear money for paint and field fees this sunday the 14th. we are going to be there scouting come up to us and let us know you want to try out. we will be wearing dye pants ai will have a red/black dye jersey and moose our co captain will have a blue/black dye jersey ill be shooting a cobalt dm4 also so ill be easy to spot.

new news! we picked up a 3rd member and are still looking for more players. we also teamed up with the Vancover Triage and now will be the Triage Kidz. they will help bring us up threw the ranks and we will help get Triage noticed and if they need another player or two they will pull us up and if we need one they will lend us one. we are happy to have our new player and be part of Vancover Triage.
