hey i dont know if this is the right forum but its about pevs and i see a good number of people who purchase products from pevs. but anyway, i bought an eggII at pevs last winter and the on/off button broke about 2 weeks ago and i was talking to some guy who had something happen to his egg (which he bought at pevs) and they gave him a new one. could i do the same or will they fix it or do i just get a new board or something

most likly if your warranty is not voided cutie
you will probably be able to trade it in for a new one but will have to pay a restocking fee I think. thats what happened to my brother.

Why are you asking here and not a Pevs store?

Evo's & Evo II's have a 60 - 90 day warranty depending on when they were bought so you would be well out of the warrenty coverage. However the Manassas Pevs location does have Evo parts on hand and can get them to any of our shops within 24hours.
Any of the shops can repair your evo for you. There would be no labor charge only the price of the parts.
As for your friend getting his swapped out completely that was under an old agreement we (Pevs) had with JT. Once Brass Eagle bought them out many things changed including their warranty process.
We are carefully watching now to see what changes will come with the recent K2 buy out.
Hope this helps you
