View Full Version : Hybrid questions???

I've been shopping for a new cocker for a while and just happened to look at the powerlyte thread. I really like the Hybrid. Problem is, I can't find much info on it. What is really different on it from a cocker? Are the threads the same? How easy is it to throw on an eblade? Any suggestions on who could build one up for me? I really like what I see so far and I think the Hybrid might be what I'll go with.

The hybrid has an internal ram. The LPR has become integrated into the body as well. The hammer and valve is larger diameter than on cockers, so the hybrid runs consistently around 200psi. The hammers are sleeved in delrin, to help reduce friction.

The hybrid takes cocker barrels, and comes integral with a locking feed neck.

Also, the detents are done with interchangeable plates, so you can just take a plate off, put on the eblade eye plate, and attatch your eblade with eye (no drilling required).

Our next production run will be about in 6 weeks...but if I were you i would pre-order one (Hybrid) if all possible.

can you get them with out barrels? do they come with regs? Will they be distrubuted through just powerlyte or will national or someone else carry them also....?

Sure you can order a plain body kit and it will come with everything that you need to hook a E-Blade, Race Frame or a standard hinge frame. Except for the Reg of course, because we know that people have certain parts that they like to use.

While I ahve heard of no news of National or similar distributors carrying Powerlyte products, there are plenty of able bodied Powerlyte dealers who would love to help, i'm sure :D

Sounds like he just wants a complete Hybrid w/out barrel and reg, considering it doesn't come with a Reg anyhow... I guess?
