- Something with not TOO much caffeine in it
- 16 ozs of Green Tea
- 2 Multi Vitamins
- Picnoginal & Collagen (I have arthritus, so give me a break!)
- Endurex Excel (this stuff is GREAT for purging lactic acid from the muscle tissue)
- Start sipping on the PowerAde
- Ginko Biloba
- 2 tablets of the Enada NADH compound (basically isolated vitamin B-2... AWESOME for mental energy and clarity)

- Oh ... and DON'T forget the Sausage, Egg & Cheese McMuffin!

- OH ... and even more important ... DON'T SHOW UP HUNGOVER!

Faux I've used a similar basic diet before games. How well does Endurex Excel work for you.

The Endurox Excel was a real life saver. Nowadays I use to help reduce the muscle soreness after a really good workout. Excess lactic acid in the muscle tissue is NOT your friend! :)
