What purpose does the lpr serve and what purpose does the hpr serve?

The same purpose they do in EVERY marker. The LPR is used to adjust the pressure of air cycling the bolt back and forth. The HPR is used to adjust the pressure that actually propells the ball.

yeah that pretty much sums it up. The lower your lpr, the less force hits the ball, less chops. higher your lpr less chance of drop off, FSDO, or anything like that.
