My Quest has kind of a lot of kick (:P), and I was wondering, what can I do to lower it? And how long does it usually take to break one in to lower the LPR so I have no kick? BTW, my LPR is at about 80 with a GM, dwell at about 12 (stock for Lucky Board), and had about 3-5 cases through it.

Thanks.

Yeah man, if you lower the LPR to around 70 and drop the dwell to 10, that should really help. The thing that helps the most is playing with the gun, though. When it gets nicely broken in after about 15-20 cases, it will be incredibly smooth.

Try lowering the LPR. The dwell should be lowered also.

while everyone likes to say that their quest has no kick, they do.

I had my quest side by side with my friends Brand new NXT shocker.

Before you say "it was out of tune".... it wasnt

It had been so well broken in that, with the GM bolt, i was running a mere 30psi in the LPR. (close to syntax's, but no cigar)

it had more kick than his shocker. Our guns were freshly lubed. Dow33 in his, hatersauceV2 in mine.

even though the quest "seems to have no kick" it does have some, although it may be very little to other guns, it was more than a NXT.

I felt i should chime in, because hearing "it has no kick" in marker talk pisses me off, because it is just someone usually being a ignorant.

Yea, but when I lowered my LPR to around 70, and had my dwell at 10, I was getting A LOT of FSDO, so I had to up my Anti-FSDO to about 13, but it STILL had FSDO. So I just but my LPR back to about 80, dwell at 12 and Anti-FSDO at 2 (factory settings for the Lucky Boards). I guess I'm just going to have to break it in a lot more then. :(

Thanks everyone for your help though. :D

replace the white bolt bumper w/ an oring and you'll have less fsdo and you can lower the lpr some

But seriously. Coming from an Etek without TI, the quest has no kick!
