Did you even call FEP before you sent it?
Did you get an RMA number?
Did you include a return shipping address and a sheet detailing the problem?
Did the board actually not work or are just too ignorant to know how to properly set it up?
I'm sorry, but FEP has great service and doesn't mess up like that. Something is obviously your fault.

Lucky makes Spitfire. I don't know what the hell your talkin about. I ordered mine from Lucky and sent it back to lucky. I think you might be the ignorant one on this one.

Lucky didnt make spitfire it was just distributer for it, spitfire is made in the uk by crazy computer nerds.

Spitfire is in the process of launching back under its own controll and has been helping people that had problems with lucky.

If you sent it to lucky did you any chance get an rma number?

go here http://www.spitfirepaintball.com/support/helpdesk.php

Am running stock settings whatever that is. All I ever do is switch between NPPL Semi and PSP 15bps depending on the format I'm playing. All in all it works great and a lot better then the WAS board I had on my other Quest which freakin fried just this Friday but not to worry I got a used Raiderboard from LP comin in

How you turn the eyes on?

When you first on the Quest if the light is red then the eyes are on if the light is blue then the eyes are off. Just press the button once and it should turn back to red and vice-versa. If there is a ball or something else in your gun the light should turn green.

My Spitfire board was great while it worked, but then it burned out. Lucky had just pulled their US support so I was pretty much told I would have to send it to the UK to have it repaired, which I was reluctant to do. Ironically, I'm in the UK right now, but I'm just visiting. If they reopen operations in the US, I'll probably try to get it fixed.

I think he assumed it came in the Quest you purchased. It was an honest mistake. I thought the same thing before I read your rude retort. Damn.
