View Full Version : Leaking from snatch pin

Hello all,

I have a leak out at the end of snatch pin when aired up. I tried to change all the orings on the pin and the GM bolt, but still leak. My LP is set at 100.

I need some advices from you guys and I will definitely call FEP later today. Thanks.

First off drop that LPR to about 90-95psi. Be very generous when lubing the rings. Make sure to always use Hater Sauce.

There is a screw behind the FEP logo at the end of the snatchpin. Make shure it don't came from there. If it does, put a little bit teflon there and it will work.

Sorry for the confusing, it's not from there. It's from where I screwed in the pin. Not a big bad leak, but I can hear the leak.

SMOKED - I dropped to 90 PSI and I use HaterSauce, but it's still leak.

Any more inputs would be appreciated.

replace orings?, i had the same problem, i relubed, and screwed it out, then in again, worked for me,

it happen to me i just shot it then it stopped leaking.

I'm not sure if you guys have the same snatch pin as the one I have (07 model) but I guess only the looks that different?

My problem is solved after calling FEB and following what they said. Again, thanks FEB for making such great and reliable guns like Quest.

Well, I'm not that kind of showing off people and this is the thread I made to ask for help from you guys so I'm thinking whether posting here and get flamed.
