The white bumper on the bolt pin is not staying back. It moves and when I looked at it, it seemed like it was bigger than the part of the bolt pin that its supposed to be on. Why isn't is staying when it should stay?

ummmm.............well i dont have a cut-away quest to see what it does when i shoot it.........but mine stays put no problems as far as i know. it has a very limited amount of travel that it could ever do. having it at the front of its space instead of the back i dont think would make much difference since its pretty much just a bumper. although it could.
perhaps you could clean all the lube off your bolt and pin and washer and try again. that should help alot. lube the orings and NOT the washer.
mines bigger than the pin as well. granted its not very much bigger at all.....maybe a few thousandths....but it IS bigger.

Whether it moves or not is irrelovant I think. It does what is supposed to do;act as a bumper. It serves no other function.

It is fine don't worry about it. It is just sticking to the bolt because of the lube. It is fine though.

I replaced mine with a urethane tank o-ring, it doesn't seem to stick to the bolt quite as much, but as others have said, it doesn't really matter if it moves a bit.
