Um.. did you send it with a Note with a Return Address.. did you call first.. and Get an RMA # ? .. if you Never Talked to them on the Phone.. you'll never get it fixed.... they just put it on the Side as Unclaimed Markers....

Boy your a damn fool.

A) Call the damn shop
B) Dont expect help when you bash a company
C) IF you followed CORRECT protocall for sending a marker in to be fixed, normal turn around is 2-3 weeks from they date you sent it. sometimes faster, BUT if they need parts, it can take longer.

I think you should walk your cranky ass overt the stickies, get the phone number and dial up the shop. But I might suggest you be more polite on the phone then you are on this forum. IF you called me and shouted FEP crap, I would hang up on you.:crash:

First I gotta say that the way you approached the subject was inappropriate. FEP has THE best customer service I have seen in the industry since Tippmann was a developing paintball guns. Any of my customers that have had to send their guns down for warranty work, had their guns back within a week. Some within 3 days; and we're up in Canada. Like it was said above; follow the proper protocal and things will run smoother.

FEP has the best customer service I've ever dealt with. I had a broken spring and harness shipped to me for free. They did not even ask for my serial number or anything. I think you didn't follow the proper procedures.

I can vouch for this myself. When I got my Quest, it had some tooling marks on it that I wasnt happy with. Dave and the guys fixed me up no problems...even though I didnt buy the gun new. Of course I had it annoed a different color which I gladly paid for......then about a week later I won a contest Dave put on for a FREE anno job....Damn the luck. FEP has by far some of teh best...if not the best customer service in the business.
