A) Next time please use the area marked "Thread Subject" for more than just "???" If you didnt have a question you wouldnt post, instead try to be specific.
B) When you as a question in the Body of the thread, BE SURE TO BE AS SPECIFIC as possible. If your question seems vague, or doesnt get a responce, try to be more specific, maybe even utilizing pictures.
C) ***BEFORE YOU EVER MAKE A NEW THREAD, LOOK IN THE STICKIES!!! -Please be sure to either learn proper usage of the forums or just gank the cord out of th wall connected to your cable, dsl, satalite, or dialup internet connection and save us all the heartache. (if you have a notebook, urinate on it.)
AS A LEARNING EXPERIENCE, I will guide you through the difficult process.
1) Click Ultimate Sticky

Tada! Thats your noid, and now you know which direction to use. (Just an fyi, YOU SHOULD NOT BE CLEANING OR DETATCHING your noid unless there is a severe problem AND YOU HAVE SPOKEN to the techs at FEP who have instructed you to do so.

no, that problem has been addressed numerous times before, try using the search feature. lets see possible causes for a leaking noid are: (these are from memory so bare with me)
middle bolt o-ring
LPR pressure too low or high
blown noid
you did some stupid shit to your noid like took it off the gun and poured water into it
the noid o-rings have nicks on them, take it to a professional to replace them unless you are a God of repairing solenoids

My picture came from the sticky, what more do you need as far as where to point it. And if its leaking I suggest calling FEP. They might beable to diagnose the problem. Also a thread labeled, leaking noid would have allowed us to better serve you.
I was not trying to be an ass, it is just that with the huge influx of may/march 07 members that dont understand forum usage, a lesson needs to be given

ok, i replaced the bolt o-rings, and now i dont want to put the noid back together for fear of putting it in the wrong way and blowing it. the actual noid, the silver thing if that helps you, has a little hole in the middle of it. shoul that face side A or B? i have called FEP but they didnt answer and its not like i need to send in to them so can some1 just tell me which way it faces?? thx and im sorry if i angered you and wasnt more specific

i havent taken mine apart to tell ya. but a) pay attention when you take things apart and b) lay them out the way they came out to make it easier to put them back together properly. kinda curious why you had to take the whole thing apart in the first place.

If I understand correctly, your question shouldn't be "which way does the solenoid go in," but rather it should be "which way does the solenoid piston go in?" As for an answer, I wish I could tell you, but I don't know; I've never taken my noid apart. As stated before (just to emphasize the point), you should never have to take apart your noid unless you're having some serious issues with it.

I think the picture shows which way to place the noid very load, and clear. The wires from the noid are facing towards ........................? THE FRONT of the gun.
